About the concept
"Yuzhanin" are restaurants with a fiery temperament, a colorful interior, live music and celebrity concerts. The menu organically blends Caucasian hits and signature dishes, reinterpreting traditions in a European way.
Arkady Novikov and Yervand Galstyan created this project to allow guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of a Southern celebration with delicious food, warm gatherings with loved onesм and lively dances among friends.

He is the winner of the "What & Where to Eat - South 2024" award in the "Brand Chef of the Year" category. He is also shortlisted for the "Palme d'Or 2024" award. Ruslan Italmazov's style is a blend of tradition and vibrant culinary improvisation.
When creating the “Yuzhanin” menu, he was inspired by the boisterous Caucasian feast, and presents classic dishes with his own interpretation, featuring unusual sauces, side dishes and cooking techniques.
