He interned at renowned restaurants in Japan, France and Italy, as well as participated in the launch of over 50 restaurants in Russia and the CIS. He is a member of the Federation of Professional Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Russia, a participant in the Russian Gastronomic Seasons in Monaco, and a teacher at Ask The Chef and Novikov School. He was a jury member on the highly rated show “Hell's Kitchen”. He specializes in the cuisine of southern countries, values comfort food and strives to preserve the natural flavor of each ingredient.
