“Kitana Asia Grill” is a restaurant redefining modern Pan-Asian cuisine. The concept centers on the Japanese robata grill, which imparts a unique texture to meat and seafood. The menu features kushiyaki skewers, premium steaks, classic Asian spicy soups, tataki, gyoza and other authentic dishes from Japan, Thailand, Korea, Singapore and China.

A representative of the cooking dynasty in the third generation, he has 15 years of combined experience in gastronomy. He has worked for major restaurant holdings in Russia and Kazakhstan. He designed, opened and supervised the first culinary education center for chefs, Prime Beef Academy. He specializes in Japanese, Singaporean, and Chinese cuisines and works with fermentation, BBQ, and smoking techniques.
