NOVIKOV GROUP & FAMILY GARDEN

“Ramen Room” is a chain of modern ramen shops inspired by the traditions of Asian cuisine. The concept's signature dish is ramen, available in six variations: from shio with beef broth, brisket and pickled egg to sapporo, a miso-based broth with tofu, shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms.

The remaining menu sections, created by executive chef Rustam Samedov, also skillfully balance tradition with audience preferences. Here you can try gyoza and dim sum with meat and seafood, hand rolls, udon, fried rice and trendy Asian desserts.

The interior is designed in the minimalist traditions: clean lines, natural wood with вaccents in red and terracotta tones.

Japanese cuisine is one of the chef's primary areas of expertise, vividly expressing his love for bold flavor accents and complex culinary techniques.
