About the concept

“LaLi” is a restaurant chain that offers a fresh take on Uzbek cuisine. The main focus is on authentic regional dishes. Recipes, passed down through generations, have been collected from across the country and carefully adapted to modern restaurant culture.
Here, you can try kid goat stewed in sour cream as it is served in Bukhara, pike perch in batter as in Urgench, and, of course, Samarkand-style pilaf. The sky-blue and sand-colored interior, interspersed with the ornamental patterns of Uzbek ceramic platters, immerses guests in the atmosphere of an oriental fairytale.

Born in Uzbekistan, he has maintained a lifelong love for the country and its traditions. The Lali concept, for which he has selected and carefully interpreted centuries-old recipes, is a clear example of this. He is the winner of the "What & Where to Eat - South 2024" award in the "Brand Chef of the Year" category. He is also shortlisted for the "Palme d'Or 2024" award
