The Uzbek cuisine restaurant chain "Lali" from the Novikov Group & Family Garden culinary alliance continues its international development: the brand’s first restaurant opened in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The new venue is the sixth restaurant of the chain, which is already represented in Tashkent, Moscow, Voronezh, Sochi (Adler and Krasnaya Polyana).
The "Lali" concept is built on deep exploration of the regional gastronomic traditions of Uzbekistan. The menu developed by brand chef Ruslan Italmazov combines iconic dishes from all over the country: Samarkand pilaf, naryn, Kazan kabob, kavurma, lagman, tandoor and Olot samsa, Bukhara kebabs "Napoleon" and "Uch panzha", Bukhara-style pike-perch, and many other regional specialties.
The development of "Lali" reflects the growing international demand for authentic national gastronomic concepts with distinct identity. The chain’s consistent geographical expansion confirms the high potential of the brand and the demand for a modern interpretation of Uzbek cuisine across various markets.
The opening in Almaty marks another important milestone in the brand’s development. New "Lali" restaurants are scheduled to open in the near future in Dushanbe, Moscow, and Riyadh.
