A new urban ramen spot has opened in Krasnodar by Arkady Novikov and Yervand Galstyan. The concept is inspired by Japanese and broader Asian culinary traditions, while the restaurant follows a fast casual format with quick service and consistently high standards.
The bistro format allows for a wider take on pan-Asian cuisine. The menu’s centerpiece is seven types of ramen with different broths and flavor profiles, but it goes beyond that. Brand chef Rustam Samedov, specializing in Japanese, Chinese, and Singaporean cuisine, also presents a range of hot dishes: Shanghai-style duck, udon, fried rice with various fillings, rolls and hand rolls, dim sum, wontons, and gyoza. Desserts include mochi and taiyaki — fish-shaped Japanese pastries with filling.
The visual symbol of the project is a spirit from Japanese mythology — the kamui bear, reflecting the philosophy of stable quality, attention to detail, and a pursuit of harmony.
The ramen shop opened in April 2026 in Krasnodar as part of the expansion of the restaurant network in southern Russia. The Asian bistro is located at 60 Krasnaya Street (Hotel “Moskva”).
