A new restaurant of southern cuisine "Yuzhanin" from the Novikov Group and Family Garden Culinary Alliance has opened in Samara. The project became the third chain`s restaurant and continues the development of the brand’s contemporary southern cuisine concept in the Russian regions.
The restaurant’s concept is based on a modern reinterpretation of Caucasian culinary traditions. Familiar southern flavors are presented in an updated gastronomic style, with contemporary accents while preserving the character and authenticity of the region. The menu was created by Ruslan Italmazov, Brand Chef of the Culinary Alliance, and features both signature dishes and popular classics such as Adjarian khachapuri, ajapsandali, roti with lightly salted salmon, steak pasta in tomato sauce, chebureki with shrimp and other southern cuisine dishes.
Special attention is paid to the space format. During the day, the restaurant is well suited for family gatherings and relaxed lunches, while in the evening it turns into a more dynamic venue with events and live performances. “Yuzhanin” occupies two floors: the ground floor features the main dining hall and a summer terrace, while the second floor houses a hall with a stage for evening events.
The opening of “Yuzhanin” in Samara continues the regional expansion of projects by the Novikov Group & Family Garden Culinary Alliance, strengthening interest in modern southern cuisine and in gastronomic spaces with an event program.
