Following Sochi, a new urban ramen shop from Arkady Novikov and Yervand Galstyan opened in the center of the capital in December 2025, near the Barrikadnaya metro station.
The concept is inspired by the traditions of Japanese and Asian cuisine. Five types of warming ramen, hand rolls, gyoza, udon, trendy mochi and taiyaki desserts, as well as other dishes are served here.
The Ramen Room format adheres to fast-casual principles with quick service and a relaxed atmosphere. The bistro fits perfectly into the rhythm of big city life: it's a great place to stop in for lunch, even if time is short, or spend a quiet evening with friends enjoying your favorite dishes.
