THE 40TH “PRO.KHINKALI” RESTAURANT OPENED IN KHANTY-MANSIYSK

The first Georgian cuisine restaurant “PRO.Khinkali” from the Novikov Group & Family Garden culinary alliance has officially opened in Khanty-Mansiysk. Located within the “Yugra” Hotel, the restaurant has become part of one of the city's key hospitality destinations, combining the traditions of Georgian feast with a contemporary dining experience.

The menu features more than 115 dishes, including freshly baked khachapuri with melted cheese, rich kharcho soup, juicy charcoal-grilled shashlik, delicate satsivi, flavorful ojakhuri, homemade lobio and the brand's signature khinkali with various fillings. The beverage menu offers a carefully selected collection of Georgian and European wines, as well as homemade lemonades and fruit compotes.

The interior follows the brand's signature design concept, featuring upholstered armchairs with traditional patterns, textured lighting fixtures, decorative accents, lush greenery and an open kitchen where guests can watch the cooking process.

The new “PRO.Khinkali” is suitable for different occasions, from family lunches and business meetings to gatherings with friends and dining with children. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, the a la carte menu throughout the day and special offers for younger visitors.

The “PRO.Khinkali by Novikov” franchise received the Palm d’Or Award in both 2024 and 2025 in the Fastest Growing Franchise category. Today, the brand operates 40 restaurants, with more than 12 additional locations currently under development.
