30th restaurant of the “Pro.Khinkali: restaurant chain opened in Rostov-on-Don
In September 2025, the 30th “Pro.Khinkali” Georgian restaurant opened in Rostov-on-Don, the brand's new city of presence.
The restaurant is located in Komsomolsky Square and continues the chain's finest traditions. The interior is filled with authentic details reminiscent of the picturesque streets of Tbilisi, while the menu introduces guests to the full diversity of Georgian gastronomic culture.
Last year, the franchise received the Palme d'Or for Restaurant Business as the fastest-growing in the country. This year, the number of new partners from Russia and the CIS interested in acquiring it continues to grow.Tyumen's list of new restaurants has a bright addition, as the “Sorrento” restaurant, which brings the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast to every city, opened in November 2025.
The menu features all the Italian classics: from flavourful crispy pizza to pasta alla Ruota, from grilled seafood to gelato with vibrant flavors. The lemon-and-terracotta interior, with checkered tablecloths and green trees, completes the experience. But if you want to arrange an Italian evening with “Sorrento”, you can also do it at home, as the dishes are available for delivery.
The next restaurants of the Italian-inspired franchise from the Novikov Group & Family Garden alliance are planned for Anapa, Minsk, and Novorossiysk.
