First “Pro.Khinkali” Georgian restaurant open at the Yekaterinburg city center
The "Pro.Khinkali" chain continues to expand in the Urals. In September 2025, the brand’s restaurant opened in Yekaterinburg for the first time. It is located within walking distance of historical landmarks and the "Ploshchad 1905 Goda" metro station. This is the chain’s 29th restaurant.
The new restaurant is designed for 198 guests in the chain’s signature style — with an abundance of greenery, textured lamps, ornamental chairs and planters. The restaurant’s signature feature is its spacious open kitchen, which serves over 115 popular Georgian dishes: from golden khachapuri and juicy khinkali to spicy kuchmachi and perfect satsivi.
"Pro.Khinkali" is a concept by Novikov Group & Family Garden, which has succeeded in finding the perfect balance between the richness of Georgian cuisine, a unique atmosphere of hospitality, and impeccable service.
