The first “Pro.Khinkali” is already opened in Omsk
Novikov Group & Family Garden continue to explore the Siberian restaurant market. Omsk has become their newest city of presence, where the 33rd “Pro.Khinkali” restaurant, designed for 210 guests, opened in December 2025.
The new restaurant continues the chain's traditions: a masterfully executed menu of classic Georgian cuisine, a recognizable interior with an open kitchen, colorful chair patterns and wicker lampshades, and, of course, impeccable service and warm hospitality.
