Italian restaurant "Sorrento", the first project of Novikov Group & Family Garden in Belarus, has opened in central Minsk. The restaurant features 104 dining seats, a lobby, a VIP lounge and a summer terrace.
The interior, decorated in a warm Mediterranean palette with live plants, wicker furniture, an open kitchen, and a trattoria-style dessert display, convey the mood of the south coast.
The menu features a gastronomic map of Italy: pasta, ravioli, the crispy Tonda Romana pizza, grilled dishes and homemade gelato.
Sorrento is already present in Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, Tyumen, Anapa, and Tashkent. The opening in Minsk continues the franchise’s growth and confirms the international demand for this vibrant and distinctive concept.
