The urban bistro "Ramen Room" is a project by the culinary alliance Novikov Group & Family Garden, inspired by the traditions of Japanese cuisine. The brand’s first city was Sochi, opening in December 2025 at the "Mandarin" entertainment center.
The concept is based on the idea of combining a relaxed fast-casual format and affordable prices starting from 1,600 rubles per person with a high level of service and impeccable food quality. The interior features restrained minimalism: clean, geometric lines, light wood, natural textures and delicate red accents.
Brand Chef Rustam Samedov is in charge of the kitchen, highlighting ramen soup as his signature dish, serving it in five variations: based on lighter and richer broths, with different flavor profiles and toppings from brisket and fried minced meat to nori and pickled eggs. The menu also includes hand rolls, gyoza, Asian appetizers, udon and trendy desserts.
