In November 2025, the Uzbek restaurant “LaLi”, created by Arkady Novikov and Yervand Galstyan, opened in the ‘Aviapark” shopping center in Moscow. This is the 5th chain`s restaurant, which has already gained popularity among residents and guests of Tashkent, Sochi and Voronezh.
Brand Chef Ruslan Italmazov carefully selected recipes from across Uzbekistan to create a menu that embodies vibrant culinary map of the country's regions—from Olot samsa to Bukhara kaish, from Samarkand pilaf to Ghijuvan-style lula.
The “LaLi” restaurant franchise is actively expanding in Russia and the CIS, with openings already planned in Moscow on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street, as well as in Almaty and Dushanbe.
