A new concept: “321 Club” restaurant opened in Sochi
The first restaurant of the new concept by the Novikov Group & Family Garden culinary alliance , “321 Club”, opened in June 2025 in Sochi at the "Mandarin" entertainment center.
“321 Club” is a restaurant with an atmosphere of freedom, without pretentiousness or snobbery. Guests are offered premium cuts of meat at fair prices and are immersed in a unique gastronomic culture, set by the grill and smoker.
At the heart of the concept are ribs, steaks, burgers and other dishes of American and Mexican cuisine, presented by brand chef Rustam Samedov in both classic and signature interpretations.
The open kitchen, the emphasis on product quality, and the brutalist minimalist interior highlight the restaurant's distinct character: it is simultaneously a club for true connoisseurs and a place with affordable prices, accessible and appealing to a wide audience.Tyumen's list of new restaurants has a bright addition, as the “Sorrento” restaurant, which brings the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast to every city, opened in November 2025.
The menu features all the Italian classics: from flavourful crispy pizza to pasta alla Ruota, from grilled seafood to gelato with vibrant flavors. The lemon-and-terracotta interior, with checkered tablecloths and green trees, completes the experience. But if you want to arrange an Italian evening with “Sorrento”, you can also do it at home, as the dishes are available for delivery.
The next restaurants of the Italian-inspired franchise from the Novikov Group & Family Garden alliance are planned for Anapa, Minsk, and Novorossiysk.
