25th “Pro.Khinkali” restaurant opened in the center of Moscow
In August 2025, the 25th restaurant opened under the “Pro.Khinkali” brand, the fastest-growing chain of the Novikov Group & Family Garden culinary alliance.
The new 289-seat restaurant is located in the “Arcadia” shopping mall in central Moscow, within walking distance of the Novokuznetskaya metro station and historical landmarks.
The menu by brand chef Andrey Bova is inspired by centuries-old Georgian culinary traditions and includes over 100 dishes, both authentic and creatively crafted.
