The Georgian restaurant "Pro.Khinkali," created by the culinary alliance of Novikov Group & Family Garden, opened in the “Metropolis shopping center” on July 27, 2025, being the chain's 24th restaurant.
The restaurant is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the Novorizhskaya metro station. Its signature interior, adorned with greenery, is filled with colorful elements: woven lampshades of various shapes and sizes, cozy patterned armchairs, and painted planters. Panoramic windows overlook Leningradskoye highway.
A special feature of "Pro.Khinkali" is its open kitchen, where they prepare over 115 popular Georgian dishes: khinkali with traditional and signature fillings, juicy grilled meats, oven-baked khachapuri and kubdari, spicy soups, vegetable appetizers, and much more.
The restaurant seats 200 guests. Here, people celebrate birthdays with family, meet with friends and arrange romantic dates.
