Tashkent has welcomed the first rib house under the 321 CLUB brand, a new project by the Novikov Group & Family Garden culinary alliance. The restaurant’s concept is based around the culture of the open fire cooked meat. At the heart of the menu are ribs and grilled meat prepared in the best traditions of American cuisine with distinctive Mexican accents.
Brand chef Rustam Samedov, who was one of the founders of the Prime Beef Academy, is responsible for the cuisine. The menu features signature ribs and premium meat dishes, including flavorful machete steak, wagyu blade and tender filet mignon. Guests can also enjoy main and side dishes such as trout, BBQ turkey leg, grilled corn with parmesan, truffle French fries and burgers made with premium wagyu beef. The bar menu perfectly complements the cuisine, offering wines, spirits, cocktails, highballs, and spritzes that reveal the true flavour of each dish.
321 CLUB is aimed at a wide audience, offering high-quality meat cuisine at affordable prices. The concept is enhanced by a brutal interior, an open kitchen and the atmosphere of the American South, accompanied by blues music. Project’s name reflects the main degrees of meat doneness: 3 — medium, 2 — medium rare and 1 — rare. This emphasizes restaurant’s gastronomic expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
